Abstract
Emocije su jedan od najznačajnijih činitelja koji utječu na cjelokupno funkcioniranje menadžera i imaju važnu ulogu kako u privatnom, tako i u poslovnom životu menadžera. Posao menadžera spada među najizloženije stresu, toga je za menadžera važno voditi računa o svom emocionalnom stanju, točnije poticati pozitivne emocije, a kontrolirati negativne. Ukoliko se emocijama uspješno upravlja, mogu pospješiti racionalno razmišljanje, omogućiti ispravno donošenje odluka i usmjeriti menadžera na odgovarajuće ponašanje u odgovarajućoj situaciji. Emocionalno opismenjavanje i učenje o emocijama olakšavaju menadžeru obavljanje svakodnevnih zadataka menadžera, te time ujedno isključuju mogućnost odustajanja, neuspjeha i razvoja stresa.
Abstract (english)
Emotions are one of the most important factors that affect the overall operation of managers and play an important role in both, the private and business life of managers . Management as profession is one of the most exposed to stress and it is important for managers to take care of their emotional state, specifically in encouraging positive emotions and control negative ones. If emotions are successfully managed, they can facilitate rational thinking, enable proper decision-making and help managers to act in appropriate behavior in an appropriate situations. With emotional literacy and learning about emotions manager facilitate everyday tasks and also exclude the possibility of giving up , failure and the development of stress .
