AbstractPosredovanje je metoda rješavanja sukoba koja se koristi kako bi se izbjegla dugotrajna sudska suđenja. Posredovanje u Hrvatskoj uređuje Zakon o mirenju (Narodne novine 18/11) iz 2003. godine. Zakon uređuje načine vođenja spora posredovanjem, tko može biti posrednik te načine na koje se posredovanje može provoditi. Posredovanje koriste i menadžeri velikih organizacija kako bi održali dobre međuljudske odnose unutar organizacije. Menadžeri koriste jedan od četiri osnovna oblika posredovanja unutar organizacije: menadžersko posredovanje, samo posredovanje, timsko posredovanje i preventivno posredovanje. Posredovanje je u određenoj prednosti pred sudskim sporom jer je brže i jeftinije, sporazum se donosi na obostrano zadovoljstvo zaposlenika u postupku, podloga je za uspostavljanje boljih međuljudskih odnosa i daljnju suradnju. Najvažnije od svega, cijeli postupak je povjerljiv te bez suglasnosti zaposlenika podaci ne mogu biti objavljeni u javnost. Ishod postupka ovisi o pristupu zaposlenika. Tijekom procesa izražene su jake emocije. Problem nastaje kada je jedan od zaposlenika agresivan i sporazum pokuša postići taktikama prisile. Bitno je takvom zaposleniku pristupiti mirno i ne dopustiti mu zastrašivanje jer to ne vodi rješenju spora na obostrano zadovoljstvo. Menadžer u cijelom postupku mora zadržati smirenost etičnost.

Parallel abstract (English)Mediation is a conflict resolution method that is use din order to avoid lenghty court trial. Mediation in Croatia regulates Conciliation Act (Official Gazette 18/11) from 2003. the law regulates the method od keeping the conflict mediation, who can be a mediator, and the way in which intervention can be implemented. Transmission is also used by menagers of large organizations to maintain good relationships within the organization. Menagers use one of the four basic forms of intervention within the organization: menagerial intervention, self-mediation, team intervention and preventive intervention. Mediation is a particular advantage over litigation because it is faster and cheaper, the agreement shall be made to the mutual satisfaction of employees in the process, the basis for establishing better interpersonal relations and further cooperation. Most important of all, the entire process is confidential and without the consent of the employee data can not be released to the public. The outcome of the proceedings depends on access to employees. During the process expressed strong emotions. The problem arises when one of the staff aggressive and try to reach an agreement coercive tactics. It is essential that such an employee accessed calm and not let him intimidate because it does not lead to a solution of the dispute to the satisfaction of both parties. The manager throughout the process must remain calm ethnicity.
