AbstractMikroorganizmi su sićušna živa bića koja možemo vidjeti samo pod mikroskopom. Tu ubrajamo viruse, bakterije, gljive i protozoe. Neki od njih mogu biti patogeni za ljude, dok ih većina nije štetna za zdravlje ljudi. Temperatura, vlažnost zraka, Ph, hrana, vrijeme i kisik su parametri koji su potrebni mikroorganizmima kako bi se razmnožavali i prema tome vidimo da imaju dobre uvjete za razmnožavanje ukoliko ne poduzmemo neke mjere. Kako bi spriječili bilo kakvu vrstu zaraze trebamo provoditi dezinfekciju. Pod pojmom dezinfekcija podrazumijevamo sve aktivnosti koje provodimo da bi uklonili ili potpuno uništili prisutne mikroorganizme kako bi spriječili ne samo zarazu već i njihov ponovni nastanak. Provodimo je mehaničkim (struganje, pranje, čišćenje), fizikalnim (glačanje, kuhanje, spaljivanje) i kemijskim metodama (dezinficijensi) . Dezinficijensi su sredstvo ili kemijski spoj koji se koristi kako bi se provela dezinfekcija. Kako bi dezinficijens bio uspješan, treba stupiti u interakciju s mikroorganizmom i uništiti ga. Kao primjer načina dezinfekcije u uvjetima ekološke katastrofe navela sam poplavu u Gunji 2014. godine. Najvažniji zadatak je bio skloniti sve žrtve poplave na sigurno te osigurati medicinsku skrb i nakon toga se počelo provoditi uklanjanje leševa iz vode te dezinfekcija svih nekretnina i pokretnina.

Parallel abstract (English)Microorganisms are tiny living things that can be seen only under a microscope. These include viruses, bacteria, fungi and protozoa. Some of them may be pathogenic to humans, while most are not harmful to human health. Temperature, humidity, pH, food, time and oxygen are the parameters required by microorganisms to reproduce and therefore we can see they have a good propagation conditions if we do not take any measures. To prevent any kind of infection we should implement disinfection. When we say disinfection, we mean all the activities that we carry out in order to remove or completely destroy microorganisms in order to prevent not only the disease but also their re-emergence. We spend the mechanical (scraping , washing , cleaning), physical ( ironing , cooking , burning ) and chemical methods ( disinfectants ) . Disinfectants are agent or chemical compound that is used to implement disinfection. To disinfectant to be successful, must be able to interact with microorganisms and destroy it . As an example of disinfection in terms of environmental disasters prompted a flood in Gunja 2014. The most important task was to remove all flood victims to safety and to provide medical care and then started to carry out the removal of bodies from the water and disinfection of all immovable and movable property .
