AbstractKroz rad je objašnjen pojam motivacije, koje su njezine teorije te kako motivirati zaposlenike u organizaciji. U današnje vrijeme različiti su tipovi motivacije koji zadovoljavaju zaposlenike u nekoj radnoj sredini. Na samo pokretanje potencijala zaposlenika utječe veliki broj motivatora, ali treba znati odrediti koji motivatori u kojem trenutku pokreću ljudski potencijal. Intenzitet različitosti motivatora se stalno mijenja, te se ne mogu ograničiti, što je uvjetovano raznim potrebama ljudi, a potrebe se stalno mijenjaju. Motivacija zaposlenika je danas postala jedna od zanimljivijih tema za istraživanje što će biti prikazano i u ovom radu.

Parallel abstract (English)Through the work is defined motivation, that it´s theories and how to motivate employees in the organization. Nowadays there are different types of motivation that meet employees in a work environment. The reason for poor motivation for the work of subordinates is that often times a great manager does not give great results. Only launch potential employees affected by a large number of motivators, but should be able to determine who motivators, at which point run human potential. The intensity differences motivator is constantly changing, and itcan´t be restricted, which is due to the various needs of the people, and the needs are constantly changing. Employee motivation has become one of the more interesting topics for research which will be shown, and in this paper.
