AbstractInternet prodaja je istovremeno distribucijski kanal i promotivna aktivnost. Najpoznatiji internet oglašivači u svijetu su AirBNB i Booking. com. U Hrvatskoj je, uz ova dva oglašivača, vrlo popularan i često korišten portal za grupnu kupnju Crno jaje. Uloga internet prodaje u poslovnom uspjehu poduzeća dovela je do zanimanja za mjerenje efekata internet aktivnosti. Uz unaprjeđenje prodaje i osobnu prodaju, internet prodaja izaziva trenutnu kupovinu kod potencijalnih kupaca. U radu su predstavljene opće i posebne metode. Kod općih metoda koje mjere ekonomske efekte promotivne i prodajne aktivnosti preko interneta preporučuje se primjena mjerenja i praćenja e - prodaje. Za ova mjerenja upotrebljavaju se kvantitativne metode, općenite ili posebne, ovisno o tome što se točno mjeri i prati. Najpoznatije posebne metode su Interactive Advertising Burau i metoda sutpnja uključenosti korisnika.

Parallel abstract (English)Internet sales today represents a distribution channel and a marketing activity as well. Most famous internet advertisers in the world are AirBNB and Booking.com. Along these two, internet portal Crno jaje is widespread among internet users in Croatia. Internet sales play a crucial role in business success of the enterprise. With that being said, measuring the effects of internet sales became very interesting. Alongside advancing of sales, internet selling and marketing causes immediate purchase with potential buyers. In my essay I presented general and special methods. With general methods which are used to measure the economic effects of promotion and sale activities by internet, it is also advised to track and measure e-sales. For this analysis we use quantitative methods, general or special, depending on what is being tracked and measured. Most famous methods are Interactive Advertising Bureau and checking the user's degree of involment.
