Abstract
Tema ovog rada je pravna zaštita djece u oružanim sukobima, kako i na koji način djeca mogu biti ugrožena te kako i na koji način se mogu zaštiti u izvanrednim okolnostima i oružanim sukobima. Konvencija o pravima djeteta je međunarodni pravni dokument kojim su regulirana prava djeteta. Govori o pravima svakog djeteta i odnosi se na svu djecu i mlade ljude u svijetu, bez obzira na njihovu rasu, boju kože, spol, vjeru, jezik kojim govore, političko ili drugo uvjerenje, nacionalno, etničko ili socijalno podrijetlo, imovinsko stanje, teškoće u razvoju, obiteljsko podrijetlo ili neku drugu okolnost. Nema iznimaka, prava su jednaka za svu djecu. Države potpisnice Konvencije imaju obvezu o njezinu sadržaju upoznati djecu, mlade i odrasle
Abstract (english)
The theme of this paper work is legal protection of children in armed conflicts, how and in what way children may be exposed to danger and in what way they can be protected in extraordinary circumstances and in armed conflicts. The Convention of the Rights of the Child is an international legal document which regulates children's rights. It speaks about every child's rights and relates to all children and youth throughout the world, disregarding their race, skin colour, sex, religion, language which they speak, political or their belief, nacional, ethnical or social background, property condition, difficulty in development, family background or some other circumstance. There are no exceptions, rights are equal to all children. Countries that have signed the Convention have the obligation to inform children, youth and adults of its contents.
