AbstractSvako poduzeće teži poboljšavanju i unapređivanju svih aspekata funkcioniranja poslovanja. Koliko je bitno da poduzeće pruža svojim potrošačima kvalitetan proizvod i uslugu, među sve jačom i rastućom konkurencijom, sve je važniji pristup i odnos prema potrošačima u vidu njihovog zadovoljstva. Poduzeća moraju činiti mnogo više od jednostavne opskrbe dobrim proizvodima i uslugama informirajući svoje potrošače o svim prednostima proizvoda koje kupuju i brižno ih usaditi u njihovu svijest. Kako bi to postigla, moraju se spretno služiti sredstvima masovne promidžbe a to su unapređenje prodaje, oglašavanje i odnosi s javnošću. Unapređenje prodaje predstavlja ključan element marketinga koji zahtjeva određivanje ciljeva koji služe izgradnji odnosa s potrošačima, odabir instrumenata te razvoj i primjenu programa za pospješivanje prodaje proizvoda i usluga. Poduzeća koja ulažu u marketing, prodaju i unapređivanje same prodaje, stvaraju pozitivan utisak na potrošača čime i samo poduzeće profitira.

Parallel abstract (English)Every company aims at improving and promoting all aspects of business functioning. As much as providing their customers a quality product and servise is, among stronger and competitive companies, also important to have the right approach and attitude to customers in the form of their satisfaction. Enterprises need to do much more than simply supply good products and services informing its concumers about advantages of a product carefully and infill it in their consciousness. In order to achieve that goal, enterprises must skillfully use the means of mass advertising as sales promotion, advertising and public relations. Sales promotion is a core element of marketing that requires determining the goals that serve building relationships with consumers, the choice of instruments and the development and implementation of programs to promote sales of products and services. Enterprises that invest in marketing, sales and promotion of the sales, creates a positive impression on the consumer which also means more success and profitability to enterprises.
