AbstractKolektivno pregovaranje je proces kojim socijalni partneri, sindikati i poslodavci pokušavaju postići zajednički dogovor u interesu obiju strana, autonomno uređuju funkcioniranje tržišta rada. Da bi kolektivno pregovaranje uspješno funkcioniralo, mora nužno biti postavljeno na demokratskim temeljima i odgovarajućem pravnom okviru. Kolektivno pregovaranje omogućava radnicima ojačati njihov pregovarački položaj prema poslodavcu, ali i učinkovitije iskoristiti resurse koje mogu uložiti u taj proces. S druge strane, za poslodavce kolektivno pregovaranje znači učinkoviti način agregiranja zahtjeva radnika i rješavanja tih zahtjeva, odnosno mogućnost da se radni odnosi brže i učinkovitije reguliraju uvođenjem standarda. Pregovori se odvijaju u različitim fazama. U ranim je fazama često prisutno mnogo više ljudi nego u kasnijim fazama. Pravo na štrajk je važna komponenta pregovaračke moći. Štrajk ili obustava rada označava kolektivnu obustavu radnih aktivnosti dok se ne ispune određeni zahtjevi stranke u radnom sporu koja je organizirala štrajk. Štrajkovi mogu imati vrlo različite ciljeve. Sindikati mogu imati pozitivne učinke na produktivnost. Zaposlenici bili oni članovi sindikata ili ne komuniciraju s menadžmentom o tome koliko dobro obavlja svoj posao i to mehanizmima napuštanja ili govora.

Parallel abstract (English)Collective bargaining is a process by which the social partners, trade unions and employers are trying to reach a common agreement int he interest of both sides, autonomous governing the functioning of the labor market. To collective bargaining successfully worked, have to be raised on democratic foundations and the appropriate legal framework. Collective bargaining allows workers to strengthen their negotiating position in relation to the employer, but also the efficient use of resources that can be invested in this process. On the other hand employers collective bargaining means effective way of aggregatting demands of workers and to resolve these claims and the ability to work faster and more effectively regulate the introduction of standards. Negotiations are taking place at different stages. In the early stages is often present many more people than int he later stages. The right to strike is an important component of bargaining power. Strike of work stoppage means a collective suspension of work activities until you meet certain requirements party in a labor dispute that organized the strike. Strikes can have very different goals. Unions can have a positive effect on productivity. Employees whether they are union members or not communicate with management about how doing a good job and that the mechanisms of abandonment or speech.
