AbstractZavršni rad „Radno okruženje: kako dobri međusobni odnosi utječu na poslovne rezultate poduzeća“ opisuje pojam radnog okruženja, odnosno radne okoline, te čimbenike koji utječu na radno zadovoljstvo i probleme s kojima se suočavaju menadžeri i zaposlenici u radnom okruženju. Svrha ili misija završnog rada je dokazivanje da postizanjem dobrih međuljudskih odnosa će se i poboljšati poslovni rezultati poduzeća. U uvodnom dijelu je detaljno opisan pojam radnog okruženja, odnosno okoline i svi elementi koji ga sačinjavaju. Sljedeći dio rada se odnosi na čimbenike koji utječu na radno zadovoljstvo. Nadalje sam pisao o problemima sa kojima se susreću menadžeri i zaposlenici u radnom okruženju, posebno internom. Posljednji dio je posvećen međuljudskim odnosima i načinima kako postići dobre međuljudske odnose.

Parallel abstract (English)Diploma thesis „Work environment: how good interpersonal relations affects operating result“ describes the term work environment and factors which affect working satisfaction and problems with whom managers and employees meet in work environment. The purpose of this diploma thesis is proving that good interpersonal relations are „trigger“ for good operational result. In first part of diploma thesis the term work environment is detaily described and all the elements that form that environment. Next part of diploma thesis is factors which influence good working satisafction. Further in diploma thesis I wrote about problems with whom managers and employees meet in work environment, especially internal work environment. Last part of diploma thesis is dedicated to interpersonal relations and ways of improving them.
