AbstractU uvjetima globalizacije tržišta i napredovanja tehnologije, poduzetnicima i njihovim partnerima potrebna je zaštita na pravnoj razini. Kako na ostalim, tako i na turističkom tržištu, postoje odnosi koji trebaju biti pravno regulirani. Najčešće se takvi odnosi reguliraju različitim ugovorima, normama i poslovnim običajima. Turističko tržište raznoliki je splet usluga koje čine cjelinu, ali je svaka odrađena na različiti način. Kako bi izbjegli nesporazume i eventualna kršenja pravnih normi, sudionici na turističkom tržištu često se pravno osiguraju putem različitih turističkih ugovora, ovisno o tome koja je njihova uloga na tržištu. Zbog toga je važno poznavati turističku djelatnost i odnose između sudionika tržišta, a posebice putničkih agencija, ugostitelja i samih gostiju, odnosno turista. Najpopularniji ugovor koji se koristi na turističkom tržištu kako bi se zaštitile sve strane je alotmanski ugovor koji je posebno i obrađen u ovom radu.

Parallel abstract (English)In terms of market globalization and promotion of technology, entrepreneurs and their partners need protection at the legislative level. In the tourist market, there are legally regulated concerns. Various agreements, standards and business practices regulate these relations between parts in market. Variety of services, which work in different ways, make tourist. To avoid misunderstandings and possible violations of legal norms, the participants in the tourism market often legally secure through various tourism contracts, depending on their role in the market. It is important to know the tourism industry and the relationships between market participants, and especially travel agencies, caterers and guests themselves or tourists. The most popular contract in the tourism market in order to protect all sides is allotment contract that is special and treated in this paper.
