AbstractU radu je obrađena tema ponašanja potrošača. S obzirom na ponašanje potrošača u današnje vrijeme gdje ključnu ulogu o proizvodu igraju obitelji, prijatelji, okruženje i mediji u radu se analiziralo poslovanje restorana Pelegrini, njegov način prodaje proizvoda i usluge. Kada govorimo o Pelegriniju možemo reći da je on sve osim samo još jednog uslužnog objekta na tržištu. Svojim radom i inovacijama postiže vrhunsku prodaju i konkurentnost na tržištu. Rad obuhvaća analizu potrošača i njihovo ponašanja u svezi odabiranja proizvoda, koji sve faktori utječu na njihovu odluku.

Parallel abstract (English)This paper deals with the consumer behaviour. With regard to consumer behaviour today where the key role of product is family, friends, environment and media, the paper analyzed the restaurant business Pellegrini, his way of selling products and services. When we talk about Pelegrini we can say that it is anything but just another service facility on the market. His hard work and innovation are resulting in superior sales and market competitiveness. The paper includes an analysis of consumers and their behaviour in relation to selection of products, and which are all the factors that influence their decision.
