Abstract
Planiranje kao jedna od funkcija menadžmenta zauzima bitnu poziciju u poslovanju poduzeća. U trci s vremenom, konkurencijom i rokovima potrebno je osiguravati kontinuirani rast i razvoj poduzeća te je u skladu s time potrebno definirati misiju, viziju i ciljeve te konstantno pratiti unutarnje snage i slabosti te prilike i prijetnje u vanjskoj okolini. U skladu s navedenim definira se i odabire strategija kako bi se zacrtani ciljevi i ostvarili. Cilj rada je prikazati način i ključne elemente planiranja u poduzeću Kraš d.d.
Abstract (english)
Planning as one of the functions of management takes an important position in the business enterprise. In a race with time, competition and deadlines it is necessary to ensure the continued growth and development of the company. According with these it is necessary to define the mission, vision and goals and constantly monitor the internal strengths and weaknesses and the opportunities and threats in the external environment. In accordance with these it is very important to defined and chose the strategy to achieve the objectives.
