AbstractBez kvalitetnog menadžmenta ljudskih potencijala u organizaciji ne postoji mogućnost za kvalitetno organiziranom obukom zaposlenika. Obukom i obrazovanjem zaposlenika organizacije ulažu u kvalitetnu i uspješnu budućnost organizacije ali i poslovnu budućnost zaposlenika i njihovu motivaciju za rad. Postoje razne metode i tehnike koje menadžment ljudskih resursa mora pažljivo proučiti i odabrati kako bi odabrao onu metodu obuke i obrazovanja koja najbolje odgovara zaposleniku i njegovim radnim obvezama, te kako bi na kraju obuke usvojeno znanje mogli primijeniti u radnom odnosu.Cilj ovog rada je prikazati metode obuke i koristi koje organizacija i zaposlenik imaju prakticirajući pojedine tehnike obrazovanja te način na koji ona utječe na poslovanje organizacije.

Parallel abstract (English)Without the quality of human resources management in the organization there is no possibility for quality arranged employee training. With the emplloyee training, organizations are investing in successfull future of organization, but also employees business future and his motivation for work. There are various methods and techniques that human resources management has to study carefully in order to select that method of training that fits the best for the employee and his working habits, and that at the end of the training employee can apply acquired knowledge on his work. The aim of this paper is to show all the methods of employee training and usefullnes that organization recieves practicing every individual method of training, and the way that it affects organization business.
