AbstractU radu se pojašnjava zapravo što znače konditorski proizvodi, kako se i na koji način proizvode. Objašava temeljne podjele samih konditorskih proizvoda i obrazlaže i svatku od tih podjela. Vrlo bitan čimbenik jest i sam način pakiranja konditorskih proizvoda, jer i dobro očuvan proizvod znači vrlo dobru ili visoku prehrambenu vrijednost. Prezentira u najboljem svijetlu hrvatsko najpoznatije konditorsko poduzeće a to je Kraš d. d. , koji su njegovi najjači aduti te po nešto o njihovoj bogatoj povijesti. Naravno kako i u Hrvatskoj tako i u svijetu postoje jako puno velikih korporacija koje se bave konditorskim proizvodima općenito, tu se izdvaja Švicarska firma Nestle, koja je jedan od istaknutijih korporacija u zadnjih 10-ak godina. U radu se objašnjava koji se sve proizvodi nude, a koje privlače mnogobrojne „nepce svijeta“ kakvog poznajemo danas. Zanimljiviji dio rada jest svakako statistički prikazan i objasnjen tijek kretanja konditorske indutrije Hrvatske, a isto tako i svijeta. Te naravno pojašnjen i dočaran uopće pojam funkcionalne hrane u konditorstvu koji je u današnjem svijetu stresa i brze hrane jedan od pozitivnih rastućih trendova u kojem kupci vide kao alternativu u odnosu na konditorske proizvode kakve poznajemo u svijetu.

Parallel abstract (English)In this paper, explains the fact that mean of confectionery products, how is and which way they actually produced. Explain the essential part of confectionery products itself, and also explain every single part of confectionery products. A very important factor is the way of packaging of confectionery products, as well preserved product means very good or high nutritional value. Presented in the best light Croatian most famous confectionery company and it is a Kras d. d., which are its main advantages, and something about of their rich history. Of course, how in Croatia, and in the world there are a lot of major corporations engaged in confectionery products in general, there stands the Swiss company Nestle, which is one of the most prominent corporations in the last 10 years. The paper explains which all the products has been offering, which attract many “palates of the world” as we know it today. The interesting part of final paper is statistics information about movement confectionery products in Croatia, and also in the World. It explains and depicts functional food in confectionary industry which is today’s world stress and also the fast food who was in last couple of years reacted positively in the hearts of men and women who knows that is an alternative of food that we consume every single day.
