AbstractRad prikazuje veliko higijensko i ekonomsko značenje deratizacije u ugostiteljstvu i hotelijerstvu čiji je cilj suzbiti brojnost štetnih glodavaca. Da bi se postigao cilj deratizacije svaka deratizacija trebala bi biti kombinacija svih metoda suzbijanja štetnih glodavaca. U hotelijerstvu i ugostiteljstvu zakonski je obvezno provoditi HACCP sustav za osiguranje zdravstveno ispravne hrane, što je od velike je važnosti jer će na kraju imati zadovoljnog gosta, a samim time i biti prepoznatljivi na tržištu. Kontrola štetnika provodi se kroz postupke higijene, čišćenja, nadzora i kontrole. Ti postupci trebaju biti implementirani s ciljem sprečavanja nastanka okruženja pogodnog za razvoj štetnika. U nekom sustavu hrane, da bi se održao visoki stupanj higijenskog okruženja potrebno je imati postavljene preduvjetne programe. Moraju se imenovati odgovorne osobe za provođenje navedenih kontrola, odnosno nadzora koje moraju biti educirane i obučene za provedbu postupaka nadzora. Menadžment ugostiteljskog objekta je odgovoran za odabir kompetentne osobe koja će sačiniti plan i program provođenja mjera za suzbijanje štetočina. Osobe koje koriste sredstva za suzbijanje štetočina ista moraju upotrebljavati na način da ne dođe do zagađenja hrane i okoliša. Za provođenje DDD mjera u hotelskom naselju Solaris, brine tvrtka Sanatio d.o.o. čiji djelatnici pohađaju program Trajne edukacije čime su osposobljeni za kvalitetno i sigurno obavljanje radova na zadovoljstvo svojih korisnika.

Parallel abstract (English)The research shows a lot of hygienic and economic significance of pest control in hotel and catering industry designed for curtailing the number of harmful rodents. To achieve the goal of every pest control rodent, control should be a combination of all methods of combating harmful rodents. The use of HACCP is obligtory in hotel and catering industry, to ensure safe food, which is of great importance because it will have a satisfied customer, and be recognized on the market. Pest control is carried out through the procedures of hygiene, cleaning, inspection and control. These procedures should be implemented to prevent the emergence of an environment conducive to the development of pests. In some food systems, in order to maintain a high level of hygienic environment, it is a necessary prerequisite program set. They have to appoint a person responsible for carrying out these controls, or controls that need to be educated and trained to implement the procedures of supervision. The management of the hotel establishment is responsible for the selection of a competent person, which will prepare a plan and program of implementation of measures to combat pests. Persons using the funds for the same pest control must be used in a way to avoid contamination of food and the environment. For the implementation of DDD measures in Solaris Hotel, the caring company, Sanatio Ltd. whose employees attending a program of continuing education, so that there are capable of high-quality and safe performance of the works to the satisfaction of its users.
