AbstractPredmet ovog rada je marketinški miks i njegova primjena u zrakoplovnoj kompaniji Ryanair.Cilj rada je prikazati primjenu marketinškog miksa u praksi. RyanairjeIrskaniskotarifna zrakoplovna tvrtkasa sjedištem uDublinu. Trenutno jedan od najvećih europskih niskotarifnih avioprijevoznika koji s 362 linije leti u 22 države. Posjeduje najveću, najtišu i najnoviju flotu zrakoplova u Europi. Osnovao ga je pokojni Irski milijarder Tony Ryan. Prvi let avio kompanije Ryanair povezivao je londonski aerodrom Gaytvik i aerodrom Watford u Irskoj avionom sa svega 15 sjedala. Nakon ubrzanog razvoja RyanairaEasyJet također pokušava produbiti svoju mrežu, koristeći sve veću flotu da bi povećao učestalost letova, umjesto broja odredišta.Za uspješno poslovanje i ostvarenje dobrih poslovnih rezultata svaka tvrtka, bez obzira na djelatnost koji obavlja i na veličinu, moraju se rabiti suvremena znanstvena i stručna dostignuća. Marketing miks strategija neizostavan je element u vođenju gospodarske politike.

Parallel abstract (English)The subject of this paper is the marketing mix and its application in the Ryanair company. The aim is to present application of the marketing mix in practice Ryanair, the Irish low-cost airline based in Dublin. Currently, one of Europe's largest low-cost airline, which flies to 362 lines in 22 countries. It has the highest, and the faintest newest aircraft fleet in Europe. It was founded by the late Irish billionaire Tony Ryan. The first flight airline Ryanair linked the London airport Gaytvik and Watford airport in Ireland by plane with only 15 seats. After the rapid development of Ryanair EasyJet also trying to deepen its network, using a growing fleet to increase the frequency of flights, rather than the number of destinations. For a successful business and the realization of the business benefits of each company, regardless of the activity performed and the size must be used modern scientific and professional achievements. Marketing mix strategy is an essential element in the conduct of economic policy.
