AbstractŽivot menadžera i ostalih poslovnih ljudi veoma je napet i naporan. Posao menadžera spada među najizloženijima stresu. Menadžer je izložen neprestanim promjenama, neizvjesnostima, problemima te donosi odluke, preuzima rizike, raspodjeljuje poslove i odgovornosti, surađuje s drugim menadžerima, zaposlenicima. U trci s vremenom, rokovima, neprestano kontaktira s ljudima, često putuje, bori se za nova tržišta, pregovara, unaprjeđuje poslovanje, mora zadržati svoj osoban ugled kao 2 menadžera i ugled poduzeća za koje radi.Menadžer mora uspješno upravljati samim sobomda bi uspješno upravljao drugima, odnosno cjelokupnim poslovnim procesom, odnosno u problematičnim i kriznim situacijama, kada posebno dolaze do izražaja posebne menadžerske sposobnosti

Parallel abstract (English)Life executives and other business people is very tense and stiff. Business managers is among the most exposed to stress. The manager is subject to constant changes, uncertainties, problems and make decisions, take risks, allocates tasks and responsibilities, working with other managers, employees. In a race with time, deadlines, constantly in contact with people, often traveling, fighting for new markets, negotiating, improves operations, must keep their personal reputation as two managers and the reputation of the company he works for. The manager must successfully manage yourself in order to successfully manage others, and overall business process, or in problem and crisis situations, when you are especially particular managerial skills.
