AbstractU ovom radu cilj je opisati elemente marketinškog miksa na teorijski i praktični način, odnosno opisati proizvod, cijenu, promociju i distribuciju svaku posebno, te ih nakon toga objasniti na primjeru hotelskog naselja Solaris. Isto tako, važno je navesti važnosti konkurentne strategije te objaniti segmentaciju tržišta, te određivanje ciljnih skupina i pozicioniranje same destinacije. Također, bitno je općenito definirati marketinšku orijentaciju hotela, odnosno načine promocije ponuda i atraktivnosti, kako hotelskog naselja, tako i okolnih područja, ponajviše grada Šibenika.

Parallel abstract (English)The main goal of this paper is to describe the elements of the marketing mix in the theoretical and practical way and to describe the product, price, promotion and distribution of specially way, and later them explain in example of the hotel resorts Solaris. Also, it is important to state the importance of competitive strategies and explain market segmentation, assessment target groups and positioning of the destination. Also, it is important to define the general market orientation of the hotel, respectively the ways of promotion and attractions, how the hotel complex and surrounding areas, most of the city Sibenik.
