Abstract | Vino je najpoznatije i najstarije piće na svijetu, o vinu se spominje i od kada o početku povijesti,
a bilo je poznati i među starim Grcima i Rimljanima. S vremenom se prerada grožđa u vino
mijenjala kako se mijenjala tehnologija. Za vino da se dobije, vinova loza treba biti plodna, a
nakon što je grožđe zrelo, počinje berba. Prvo se ubere grožđe pa se mulja, zatim se ono pretače
u bačve i potrebno je vrenje i par mjeseci stajanja da bi se moglo posluživati. Kontinentalna
Hrvatska se dijeli na 4 regija, a one su: Slavonija, Podunavlje, središnja i Sjeverozapadna
Hrvatska. Od tih 4 regija, postoji 7 podregija koje spadaju pod središnju i sjeverozapadnu
Hrvatsku. Najpoznatija bijela vina kontinentalne Hrvatske su: sauvignon, chardonnay, zeleni
silvanac, traminac, pinot bijeli i pinot sivi. Vina kontinentalne Hrvatske su poznata u regiji pa
i Europi, a poznata su i po najprestižnijim svjetskim nagradama. |
Abstract (english) | Wine is the most famous and oldest alcoholic beverage in the world, it has been mentioned since the beginning of history, and it was also known among the ancient Greeks and Romans. Over time, the processing of turning grape into wine has been changing as the technology. For a wine to be made, the grapevine needs to be fertile, and once the grapes are ripened, the harvest begins. First, the grapes are harvested and then milled, when the grape is milled, grape juice is
poured into barrels and it needs to ferment, after a few months of sitting, the wine can be served. Continental Croatia is divided into 4 regions, and they are: Slavonia, the Danube region, central and northwestern Croatia. Of these 4 regions, 7 sub-regions fall under central and northwestern Croatia. The most famous white wines of continental Croatia are: sauvignon, chardonnay, green silvanac, traminac, pinot blanc and pinot gris. The wines of continental Croatia are known in the region, and even in Europe, and they are also known for the most prestigious world awards. |
