AbstractSvakoj organizaciji, bez obzira koliko bila velika ili mala, u konačnici njen opstanak i uspjeh ovisi o ugledu. U današnjem konkurentnom tržištu, reputacija može biti jedan od najvećih aduta, koji organizaciju ističe iz gomile i stvara joj konkurentsku prednost. Odnosi s javnošću pridonose organizaciji stvarajući pozitivnu sliku u medijima i održavaju odnose s dionicima. Odnose s javnošću možemo definirati kao strateški komunikacijski proces koji izgrađuje uzajamno korisne odnose između organizacije i njihove javnosti. Pojavljuju se usporedno s razvojem masovnih medija, a danas je jedna od najvećih rastućih popularnih industija.

Public relations contributes to the way an organization is perceived by influencing the media and maintaining relationships with stakeholders. Public relations we can define as a strategic communication process that builds mutually beneficial relationships between organizations and their publics. Public relations arrived with the development of mass media, today is most popular growth industry.
