Abstract | Svakodnevno se raspravlja o zdravlju i zdravoj hrani i da bi čovjek živio i bio zdrav, mora jesti. Međutim, uvijek se postavlja pitanja što jesti, tj. što je zdravo, a što nije. Sjemenke se koriste od davnina u prehrani, ali neko se vrijeme zaboravilo na njih i njihove blagodati. Međutim, posljednjih se godina opet vraća „trend“ sjemenki, tj. ljudi ih počinju sve više uvrštavati u svoju prehranu. U ovome su radu opisane lanene, chia, suncokretove, bučine, sezamove i konopljine sjemenke koje čovjek koristi u prehrani. Ovisno o vrsti, zahvaljujući sjemenkama, čovjek se može riješiti mnogih bolesti, ojačati imunitet i poboljšati probavu. Sjemenke imaju pozitivne učinke i na kožu, kosu, probavu, prostatu, masnoću u krvi, rane, opekline, tlak, ali i umor. Iz tog bi razloga svatko trebao uključiti navedene sjemenke u svakodnevnu prehranu. |
Abstract (english) | Health and healthy food are discussed on a daily basis and in order for a person to live and be healthy. However, there is always the question of what to eat, ie. what is healthy and what is not. Seeds have been used in the diet since ancient times, but for some time they and their benefits have been forgotten. However, in recent years, the "trend" of seeds is returning, ie people are starting to include them more and more in their diet. The paper describes the flax, chia, sunflower, pumpkin, sesame and hemp seed which are used to human diet. Depending on the species, heatht benefis are strengthen of immunity and improving digestion. The seeds also have positive effects on the skin, hair, digestion, prostate, blood fat, wounds, burns, pressure, but also fatigue. For this reason, everyone should include these seeds in their daily diet. |
