Abstract
Današnji uvjeti globalnog poslovanja, nužnost ostvarivanja konkurentske prednosti te postizanje ciljeva koji ne uključuju isključivo povećanje profitabilnosti postali su imperativ svake organizacije. Da bi pojedinci unutar organizacije i sama organizacija uspjeli u postizanju ciljeva, njihovi postupci i djelovanje moraju se temeljiti na etičkim principima i načelima poslovanja, etičkim stavovima i uvjerenjima. Cilj ovog rada je prikazati kako organizacije koje uspijevaju poslovati moralno i etično, uspijevaju uskladiti i uspostaviti ravnotežu između načela profitabilnosti i etičnosti i uz to imaju dugoročnu perspektivu rasta i razvoja.
Abstract (english)
In today's business enviroment, the necessity of having some competitive leverage in regards of our opponents and achieving goals that don't result only in increasing the profit of the company have become imperative of every organisation. In order to achieve their setted goals, individuals within the organisation and organisation itself must base their procedures and actions on ethical business principles as well as ethical beliefs. The aim of this paper is to show how organisation that suceed in doing business in an ethical and moral way, manage to have a balance between profit principles and ethic principles while having a long term outlook of growth and development.
