Abstract
Maslinovo ulje se danas sve više koristi u svakodnevnoj prehrani, te predstavlja sinonim zdravog načina prehrane i stila života. U novije vrijeme sve je veća potražnja za maslinovim uljem što ujedno predstavlja veće zahtjeve i izazove za proizvođače, odnosno stvara se potreba i za većom ponudom. Uzgoj maslina na području Hrvatske ima tisućljetnu tradiciju i prenosio se generacijama s koljena na koljeno. Tijekom posljednjih desetak godina maslinarstvo je u središtu interesa poljoprivrednih proizvođača i na određen način dostiže svoj ''procvat''. Za to je dijelom zaslužna pomoć države, tj. nadležnog ministarstva, koje različitim poticajima za razvoj poljoprivrede, programima za podizanje novih nasada maslina te obnovu starih ističe maslinarstvo kao poljoprivrednu granu od značajnog državnog interesa. U Republici Hrvatskoj maslinarstvo je godinama razvijeno i godinama se razvija još više i više rezultat čega su kvalitetna autohtona hrvatska maslinova ulja. Najpoznatija autohtona hrvatska maslinova ulja navedena su i detaljno obrađena u ovome radu. Vidljive su kvalitete tih ulja, ali i potrebe za daljnjim radom na kvaliteti ulja i širenjem na nova tržišta.
Abstract (english)
Nowadays olive oil is increasingly used in regular nutrition, as a synonym of healthy life-style and diet. More recently, there is an increasing demand for olive oil, which represents greater demands and challenges for producers. Olive cultivation in the Republic of Croatia has thousand year ago tradition and it transferred in generations. Over last ten years olive growing is in the centre of the agricultural producer interests and it approximates its blossom. For that is responsible competent ministry which asserts olive growing as agricultural branch which has significant state interest. That is possible with different stimulus for agricultural development, programs for lifting new and renewal old olive plantation. In Republic of Croatia olive growing is developed for years, and it is developing more and more. Results of that are high-quality croatian olive oils. The most important autochthonous croatian olive oils are listed and detailed processed in this final paper. There are visible qualities of this oils and needs for further work on oil quality and spreading on new markets.
