AbstractTema ovog rada jeste prava žena u novom hrvatskomradnom i socijalnom pravu. Kroz kratki uvod i razradu teme vidjet ćemo razvoj tržišta rada u Republici Hrvatskoj. U nastavku će se obraditi detaljnija tematika, općenito, novog zakona o radu, te njegove primjene u području zaštite radnih prava žena i njihovog položaja. Također obratit ćemo pozornost na podskupine trudnica i njihovih prava te njihovu zaštitu na samom tržištu rada. Jedna od nezaobilaznih stavki će biti i diskriminacija žena na radu i na koji način zakon predviđa zaštitu od diskriminacije. Osvrnut ćemo se također na dio koji obrađuje tematiku obavljanja specifičnih poslova kod trudnica i žena te na koji naćin zakon regulira zaštitu radnih odnosa na specifičnim zanimanjima. Pred sam kraj teme moramo spomenuti i sam aspekt usklađivanja Zakona o radu sa Europskim zakonima koji imaju širokopojasnu primjenu kroz sve aspekte zaštite žena i trudnica na radnom mjestu. Pogledadt ćemo konvencije koje pokrivaju usklađivanje i primjenu zaštite žena i njihovog radnog mjesta. Na samom kraju opisat ćemo ukratko osobni osvrt na kompletnu tematiku zakona o radu, žene u radnom odnosu, podskupine trudnica, diskriminacije na radnom mjestu.

Parallel abstract (English)The theme of this paper is the rights of women in the new Croatian social and labor law. Through a brief introduction and development of various subthemes, we will see the development of the labor market in Croatia. In this work we will cover in more general way , the new labor law, and its application in the field of protection of labor rights of women and their position. Also we will look at the subgroups of pregnant women and their rights and their protection on the labor market. Some of the detailsthet will be discussed are discrimination against women at work and in what way the law provides for protection from discrimination. We shall also see the part that deals with the subject of carrying out specific jobs for pregnant women and women in general and how the law regulates the protection of labor relations in specific occupations. Towards the end of threads I have to mention the aspect of harmonization of the Labour Act with the European laws that have a broadband application through all aspects of the protection of women and pregnant women in the workplace. We shall see the conventions that cover the harmonization and implementation of the protection of women and their workplace. At the very least we will describe briefly a personal review of the entire subject matter of labor law, how women are employed, the subgroup of pregnant women, discrimination in the workplace.
