Abstract
Inovacija je važan alat za svakog modernog poduzetnika, pomoću kojih svaki poduzetnik može iskoristiti nastale promjene i to primijeniti u svom poslovanju. Inovacija sve više postaje disciplina koju poduzetnici sve više traže i kreiraju kako bi mogli iskoristiti u poslovne svrhe. Inovacija se može definirati kao novitet, odnosno nešto što je drukčije i novije od onog prethodnog, a koje može donijeti pozitivne učinke u poslu. U ovom radu smo definirali problematiku vezanu uz inovacije i proizvod kao što je piva. Danas u svijetu sve je veća proizvodnja piva, što je slučaj i u Hrvatskoj, sve je raširenija kućna proizvodnja piva. U tom pogledu velika poduzeća koja proizvode pivu, teže inovacijama u proizvodnji piva, kako bi svoj proizvod bolje plasirali i stekli konkurentsku prednost.
Abstract (english)
Innovation is an important tool for every modern entrepreneur, enabling every entrepreneur to make use of the changes that he has made and apply it in his business. Innovation is increasingly becoming a discipline that entrepreneurs are increasingly looking for and created to be able to use for business purposes. Innovation can be defined as novelty, or something that is different and newer than the one that can bring positive effects in the business. In this paper, we have defined the issue of innovation and product such as beer. Today, there is growing beer production in the world, as is the case in Croatia, beer production is increasingly widespread. In this respect, big beer-making companies are making innovations in beer production to make their product better and gain competitive advantage.
