Abstract
U ovom radu razrađena je problematika simulacija, poslovnih simulacija, te njihova primjena i podjela. Simulacija je imitacija stvarnog stanja, stvari ili procesa. Glavni zadatak simulacija je smanjiti troškove i povećati performanse proizvodnje, upoznati se sa radom sustava, povećanje kvalitete proizvoda i smanjiti vrijeme proizvodnje. Poslovne simulacije se koriste za lakši opis ekonomskih situacija i prognoziranja ponašanja sustava, a služe i za obuku menadžera početnika. U ovom radu prikazali smo simulacije uz pomoć korištenja excel-a. MS Excel se pokazao kao genijalno rješenje koje može obraditi rizike kvantitativno kvalitativno, tablično i grafički. Excel je vrlo moćan alat u analitičkim procesima čiji se rezultati mogu koristiti za donošenje vrlo važnih poslovnih odluka. Poseban dio rada posvećen je korištenju programa Excel u stvarnim poslovnim situacijama kroz njihovu simulaciju.
Abstract (english)
This paper deals with issues of simulation, business simulations, and their application and division. Simulation is an imitation of a real state, thing, or process. The main task of simulation is to reduce costs and increase production performance, become familiar with system operation, increase product quality, and reduce production time. Business simulations are used for an easy description of economic situations and system behavior forecasts, and are also used to train beginner managers. In this paper, we have presented simulations using exel. MS Excel has proven to be a brilliant solution that can handle the risk quantitatively qualitatively, table and graphically. Excel is a very powerful tool in analytical processes whose results can be used to make very important business decisions. Part of the work is devoted to using Excel in real business situations through their simulation
