Abstract
Intenzivan turistički razvoj u posljednjem desetljeću zaokuplja veliku pažnju poduzetnika jer globalizacijski trendovi izazivaju promjene sadašnje ponude i načina poslovanja. Zahtjevi za osnovom i dodatnom ponudom permanentno se povećavaju, a sveukupna poslovna i razvojna filozofija turizma maksimalno je usmjerena prema turistu i zadovoljavanju njegovih očekivanja i potreba. Hotelijerstvo je specifična djelatnost jer je u potpunosti usmjereno na pojedinca koji je iznimno osjetljiv na činjenicu da li je usluga koju je dobio, kvalitetna ili ne. Da bi poduzeće opstalo na konkurentskom tržištu, potrebno je da stalno radi na podizanju kvalitete proizvoda i usluga te je nužno uvođenje sustava kvalitete. Cilj ovog rada je prikazati ISO standarde koji se uvode u hotelskoj industriji.
Abstract (english)
Intensive tourism development in the last decades occupies the great attention of entrepreneurs because globalization trends are causing changes in current offer and ways of business. Fundamentals and additional offerings are constantly increasing, overall business and development philosophy of tourism is maximally oriented towards tourists and meeting their expectations and needs. Hotel management is a specific activity because it is entirely focused on an individual who is extremely sensitive to the fact that the service he has received is of high quality or not. In order for a company to survive in a competitive market, it is necessary to constantly work on raising the quality of products and services and it is necessary to introduce a quality system. The aim of this paper is to present the ISO standards introduced in the hotel industry.
