Abstract
Istraživanje tržišta je standardizirani postupak prikupljanja, dobivanja, analiziranja i razumijevanja informacija koje služe za odlučivanju u marketingu i poslovanju općenito. Bitno je razumjeti da sve polazi od korisnika i potrošača te da ukoliko želimo ostvariti zadovoljavajuće poslovanje nužno je izbjeći objektivnost prilikom istraživanja te se staviti u poziciju ispitanika i osim statističkih podataka, sagledati informacije iz više uglova. Ono što je ključ za poslovnog čovjeka i njegov uspjeh je talent: ''osjećaj'' o tržištu. Ruralni turizam je specifičan oblik koji sve više bilježi raste kao trend jer održavanje kulture i osvrt prema prirodi postaje traženiji kao jedna od stavki održivosti turizma. Cilj rada je shvatiti što je istraživanje tržišta, kako ono funkcionira i koje su ključne metode za njegovo bolje razumijevanje sa osvrtom na ruralni turizam, njegove značajke i analiza LTRR turističke ponude .
Abstract (english)
Market research is a standardized process of collecting, obtaining, analyzing and understanding the information that is used to make decisions in marketing and business in general. It is important to understand that everything starts from users and consumers and that if we want to achieve a good business it is necessary to avoid objectivity in the research and to put ourselves in the position of the examinees and apart from the statistical data, to look at information from many angles. What is key to a businessman and his success is: a "sense" of the market. Rural tourism is a specific form that is increasingly growing as a trend because the maintenance of the culture and reference to nature is becoming more sought, because these are the elements related to sustainability of tourism. The aim of the paper is to understand what market research is, how it works and what are the key methods for better understanding it with focus on rural tourism, its features and analysis of LTRR tourist offer.
