Abstract
Tema ovog rada je NAR - prirodna funkcionalna hrana. Ciljevi rada su dati kratko objašnjenje pojma funkcionalna hrana te dati što više informacija o naru, njegovoj važnosti i učinku na ljudsko zdravlje. Uz to, rad prikazuje nutritivnu vrijednost nara, njegovu povijest, porijeklo, simbolizam i upotreba nara u današnjem vremenu.
Abstract (english)
this paper is about natural functional food pomegranate. The paper provides a brief explanation of functional food, and deals with pomegranate, its importance and positive effects on human health. In addition to the objectives listed above, the paper shows the nutritional value and the origin, history, symbolism and use of pomegranate in modern times.
