Abstract
U uvjetima sve veće globalizacije svjetskog tržišta, ubrzanog razvitka visokih tehnologija te njihove sve veće primjene u poslovnim organizacijama postizanje visoke kvalitete jedan je od primarnih ciljeva svake tvrtke, te su one kao takve izuzetno zainteresirane da se utvrdi činjenično stanje svih elemenata njihovog sustava. Postupak prosudbe (auditiranja) je nezavisna ocjena sustava upravljanja kvalitete koja omogućava utvrđivanja nesukladnosti auditiranog područja, a koje utječe na poslovni rezultat, te upravi predlaže korektivne radnje koje imaju za cilj povećanje proizvodnosti, konkurentnosti, učinkovitosti, te smanjenje troškova na najmanju moguću mjeru. Redoviti i ispravno provedeni auditi Sustava upravljanja kvalitetom predstavljaju veliku uštedu svih resursa organizacije. Njihova je svrha provedba sustavne analize radi stvaranje podloge za neprekidno poboljšavanje Sustava upravljanja kvalitetom.
Abstract (english)
In terms of the increasing globalization of world markets, the accelerated development of high technologies and their increasing use in business organizations achieve high quality is one of the primary goals of any company, and they are as such extremely concerned to ascertain the facts of all elements of their system. The evaluation procedure (auditing) is an independent rating quality management system which allows determination of non-compliance the audited areas, which affects the operating result, this Administration proposes corrective actions aimed at increasing the productivity, competitiveness, efficiency, and reduce costs to a minimum. Regular and properly conducted audits of the Quality Management System represent a great saving of all organization resources. Their purpose is to implement a systematic analysis to creating the foundation for continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
