This final paper describes influence of interpersonal relations in tourist destinations of public sector. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to show how interpersonal relations effects success or failure of organization. The public sector maintains all public organizations and institutions and other public subjects to whose country provides legal personality and setting legal powers. Country with its main parts is ought to execute numerous activities so that public goal can be realized. Those activities need to be realized in the public sector so that public needs can be fulfilled.Economic efficiency of public organizations depends on the quality of management functions. Communication is the fundamental way of human community, and the man by itself is making his own important opportunities. Interpersonal relations are the ways of solution different problems and questions which are appeared to be consequence between people in the organizations. Bad interpersonal relations in the organization are very measured through financial effects on the organization by itself. While good interpersonal relations represent the main source of business success, bad ones can have worse influence on organization than making bad business decisions. To assure development of tourist destination, harmony between all public and private participants at all levels inside the organization, as well as the continuation of quality education of touristic staff, targeted and well designed communication in the tourist organization are mandatory.
