During the history it is noticeable that the first countries that introduced innovation in maritime traffic experienced sudden ascents. Also, the states that have not invested in modern marine technology stagnated and finally crumbling. The last half century has been marked by the development of information technology. Therefore, the it is normal occurrence of the application of information technology in maritime affairs. However, new naval trends go in the direction of fully independent ships, unmanned ships. It is therefore clear that maritime are slowly but surely entering a completely new phase of development that will have a major impact not only on shipping companies but also on the economy of the state that will predominate in the production of such ships or their application.
