Abstract
Tema ovog rada jeste posebnosti radnog odnosa policijskih službenika. Kroz kratki uvod i razradu teme vidjet ćemo sve posebnosti rada policijskih službenika, te sve posebnosti koliko se on razlikuje od bilo kojeg drugog radnog odnosa u Republici Hrvatskoj. Da bi shvatili problematiku rada u sustavu poput policije u nastavku će se obraditi detaljnija tematika, općenito počevši od samog ustoja policije i Ministarstva unutarnjih poslova preko svih propisa koji čine policijski sustav... More posebnim. Nadalje obrađena je tema vezana za temeljni zakon po kojem je uređena sama policija a to je Zakon o policiji, i na koji način on uređuje radni odnos policajca. Stegovna odgovornost policijskih službenika je posebnost ovoga sustava te je pobliže objašnjena, kao i samo stegovno kažnjavanje. Jedna od nezaobilaznih stavki će biti i tema svih prava i dužnosti koje ostvaruju policijski službenici tijekom svog rada. Abstract (english)
The topic of this paper is the special features of the police officer's employment relationship. Through a brief introduction and elaboration of the topic we will see all the special features of the work of the police officers and all the special features as it differs from any other employment in the Republic of Croatia. In order to understand the problem of work in the police system, further details will be elaborated below, generally starting from the police and the Ministry... More of the Interior itself, through all the regulations that make the police system special. The topic of the basic law governing the police itself was also discussed, and this is the Law on Police, and how it regulates the police officer's work. The disciplinary responsibility of police officers is a peculiarity of this system and is explained more precisely, just as disciplinary punishment. One of the unavoidable items will be the subject of all the rights and duties exercised by police officers during their work.
