Abstract
Tema ovog rada je minimalna plaća u Republici Hrvatskoj. Prema Konvenciji o određivanju minimalne plaće br. 131. iz 1970. godine, pod minimalnom plaćom se smatra minimalna suma plativa radniku za izvršeni rad ili obavljenu uslugu, unutar zadanog razdoblja, izračunatu bilo na temelju vremena ili učinka, koja ne smije biti smanjena kako individualnim tako ni kolektivnim ugovorom, što se jamči zakonom, te koja treba biti utvrđena tako da pokriva minimalne potrebe radnika i njegove/njezine obitelji, u svjetlu nacionalnih socijalnih i ekonomskih uvjeta. Minimalna plaća je utvrđena za sve radnike u Republici Hrvatskoj jedinstveno u Zakonu o minimalnoj plaći („Narodne novine“, br. 39/13). Zakon minimalnu plaću definira kao najniži mjesečni iznos bruto plaće koji radniku pripada za rad u punom radnom vremenu. Pravo na minimalnu plaću imaju svi radnici koji rade u Republici Hrvatskoj, neovisno u sjedištu ili registraciji poslodavca.
Abstract (english)
The theme of this paper is the minimum wage in the Republic of Croatia. According to the Convention on Determination of Minimum Salary No. 131. of 1970, the minimum wage is considered to be the minimum sum payable to the worker for the work performed or the service performed, within the given period, calculated on the basis of time or effect, which must not be reduced either individually or collectively, law, which should be established to cover the minimum needs of the worker and his / her family, in the light of national social and economic conditions. The minimum wage is established for all workers in the Republic of Croatia, uniquely in the Law on Minimum Wages (Official Gazette No. 39/13). The Law on Minimum Wage is defined as the lowest monthly gross salary payable to a worker for full-time work. All employees working in the Republic of Croatia, regardless of their employer's seat or registration, are entitled to a minimum wage.
