Abstract
Tema ovog rada sam je pojam pregovaranja i kako ono utječe na poslovni proces. Pregovaranje je jedan od najvažnijih elemenata poslovanja, kao i dio naših života, svakodnevnice. Usklađivanje naših zahtjeva i interesa s našom okolinom zapravo je vođenje pregovora. Velik dio svake komunikacije jest pregovaranje. Pregovaranje je proces u kojem obe strane dolaze do zajedničke odluke. Kod pregovaranja jako je važno imati strategiju pregovaranja, znači postaviti ciljeve, definirati pretpostavke i odabrati najvažnija sredstva kako pobijediti. U ovom radu proučiti ćemo kakvo pregovaranje može biti, koje su njegove vrste, taktike, stilovi, te najpoznatije pristupe pregovaranju odnosno strategije pregovaranja.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this paper is the term of negotiation and how it affects the business process. Negotiation is one of the most important elements of business as well as part of our lives, everyday life. Harmonizing our demands and interests with our environment is actually conducting negotiations. Much of each communication is negotiation. Negotiation is a process in which both sides come to a common decision. When negotiating, it is very important to have a negotiating strategy, to set goals, to define assumptions, and to select the most important means to win. In this paper, we will study what kind of negotiation can be, what kind of species, tactics, styles, and best known approaches to negotiation or negotiating strategy.
