Abstract
Glavna tema ovog rada je održivo upravljanje sastavnicama okoliša, toĉnije, vodama. Naĉela odrţivog razvoja kljuĉna su za oĉuvanje okoliša i vodnih resursa. Zaštita se provodi kroz sprjeĉavanje opasnosti za okoliš, sprjeĉavanje nastanka šteta i/ili oneĉišćivanja okoliša, smanjivanje i/ili otklanjanje šteta nanesenih okolišu te povrat okoliša u stanje prije nastanka štete. Voda je glavna sastavnica svakog žţivog bića, a time je i neophodna za ţivot i opstanak. Stoga se nalaže potreba za... More uvođenjem održivog i integriranog upravljanja vodnim resursima kako bi se osiguralo zadovoljenje potreba za vodom ne samo sadašnjim, već i budućim generacijama. Zbog vrijednosti i znaĉaja vodnih resursa, ali i toliko razliĉitih uporabnih svrha vode, nužna je zaštita vodnih resursa, te je ona u uskoj vezi s naĉelima održivog upravljanja. Potrebno je ne samo provoditi zaštitu voda već je potrebno i provoditi zaštitu od štetnog djelovanja voda, koje se najviše oĉituje kroz poplave i erozije. Uĉinkovitim planiranjem i provođenjem mjera i aktivnosti mogu se u bitnoj mjeri smanjiti mogućnosti štete od poplava te se istovremeno mogu povećati prinosi poljoprivredne proizvodnje. Less

The main theme of this paper is the sustainable management of environmental components, namely water. The principles of sustainable development are key to preserving the environment and water resources. Protection is done through the prevention of environmental hazards, the prevention of damage and / or pollution of the environment, the reduction and / or elimination of damage caused to the environment and the restoration of the environment to the state before damage. Hence, there is a need for the introduction of a sustainable and integrated management of water resources to ensure that water needs are met not only for the present but also for future generations. Due to the value and importance of water resources, but also for so many different uses for water, water resources protection is essential and it is closely related to the principles of sustainable management. It is necessary not only to carry out water protection, but it is necessary to carry out protection against the harmful effects of water, which is most evident through floods and erosion.
