Abstract
Kao temeljna proizvodna djelatnost svakog gospodarstva poljoprivreda se smatra nositeljem rasta i razvoja cjelokupnog gospodarstva u svim svojim oblicima postojanja. Svijet, Europa, pa tako i Republika Hrvatska poljoprivredu najčešće gleda kroz koncept malog gospodarstva, odnosno hrvatski zakon to prepoznaje pod pojmom obiteljsko poljoprivredno gospodarstvo. Najčešći i najrazvijeniji oblik bavljenja poljoprivredom u Republici Hrvatskoj, još uvijek osjeća posljedice spore birokracije, nedostatka državne intervencije u pravilnom obliku te manjka inovativnosti od strane samih poljoprivrednika.
Abstract (english)
As the basic productive activity, agriculture is considered to be the carrier of growth and development of the overall economy in all its forms of its existence. World, Europe, including the Republic of Croatia, usually looks the agriculture through the concept of small businesses, and Croatian law recognizes them in term of family farm. The most common and most advanced form of agriculture in the Republic of Croatia, is still feeling the effects of slow bureaucracy, lack of government intervention in the proper form and lack of innovation by the farmers themselves.
