Abstract
Ugovor o kreditu zaključuje sklapanje pravnog posla između institucije koja kredit izdaje, i korisnika kredita. Kupovna moć građana danas je na niskim razinama, te zbog toga mnogi posežu za kreditima. Djelotvorna zaštita potrošača financijskih usluga dugoročno se zasniva na dobro educiranim i informiranim potrošačima korisnicima financijskih usluga. Sadržaj ugovora o kreditu danas mora biti takav da je u potpunosti razumljiv korisniku kredita, ne smije sadržavati štetne odredbe, i sve što je primjenjivo na kredit mora biti transparentno i korisnik o svemu na vrijeme informiran.
Abstract (english)
The loan agreement closes a deal between the institution that issues the loan, and the borrower. The purchasing power of citizens today is at low levels, which is why many resort to a loan. Effective protection of consumers of financial services in the long run is based on the well-educated and informed consumers of financial services customers. The content of the loan agreement today must be such that it is completely understandable, must not contain harmful provisions, and all that is applicable to the credit has to be transparent and informed to the user on time.
