Abstract
Svakodnevno kroz različite serije i filmove pratimo kako policija lovi kriminalce. Mediji nas izvještavaju o različitim sudskim procesima i presudama. MeĎutim, sa stajališta javnosti, tu prestaje svo informiranje. Ne postoje spoznaje o tome što se zbiva nakon presude. Ponekad se pojavi neka informacija o zatvorima i zatvorenicima no nitko ne spominje pravosudnu policiju i njihov posao. Ne govori se o tome da moraju poštovati odreĎeni kodeks u ophoĎenju sa zatvorenicima niti se govori da postoje... More disciplinske mjere ako naprave odreĎene propuste pri obavljanju posla i pri ophoĎenju sa zatvorenicima. Stoga se u radu prikazuje stegovna odgovornost pravosudne policije kako bi se lakše shvatilo razloge zbog kojih nema bjegova iz zatvora ili pak pobuna zatvorenika u zatvorima koje bi bile inicirane neprimjerenim ponašanjem njihovih čuvara. Abstract (english)
Every day through various series and movies we watch police chasing criminals. The media report on various court cases and judgments. However, from the standpoint of the public, there is a point where stops all the informations. There is no knowledge of what happens after the verdict. Sometimes it appears some information about prisons and prisoners but no one mentions the judicial police and their work. Never indicates that they must respect certain Code in dealing with prisoners, nor speak... More to existing disciplinary action if they make certain omissions in the conduct of their job and in dealing with prisoners. Therefore, this paper shows the disciplinary responsibility of the judicial police in order to more easily understand the reasons why there is no escapes from prison or riots in prisons which would be initiated by the inappropriate behavior of their guards.
