Abstract
Ovaj rad se bavi temom koja je uvelike poznata i opširna i ujedno vrlo bitna, a zove se Europska unija prema Lisabonskom ugovoru. Lisabonski ugovor kao takav je najveća okosnica i smjernica Europske unije, od nekih samih početaka i nadalje jer je vrlo bitan u samom funkcioniranju Europske unije, nadalje i u nekim važnim granama kao što je npr. suradnja u kaznenim stvarima. Pisat će se i o promjenama odnosno novinama koje je Lisabonski ugovor donio za sve države članice Europske unije, počevši od načina odlučivanja među članicama, donošenjem Povelje o temeljnim ljudskim pravima i uvođenjem institucija Europske unije kojih je dosta i koje su usmjerene za boljitak i napredak samih članica i njezinih građana, odnosno zadatak im je raditi u što boljem smjeru, za dobrobit svih.
Abstract (english)
This paper deals with a topic that is widely known and extensive and at the same time very important, and is called the European Union according to the Lisbon Treaty. The Lisbon Treaty as such is the biggest backbone and guideline of the European Union, from some very beginnings and onwards because it is very important in the functioning of the European Union, furthermore in some important branches such as cooperation in criminal matters. It will also be written about the changes or novelties adopted by the Lisbon Treaty for all Member States of the European Union, starting from the way of decision-making among the members, the adoption of the Charter of Fundamental Human Rights and the introduction of the institutions of the European Union, which are quite a lot and which are aimed at the betterment and progress of the members themselves and their citizens, i.e. their task is to work in the best possible direction, for the good of all.
