Abstract
Tema ovog rada su Zakonski propisi koji uređuju komunalno gospodarstvo u Republici Hrvatskoj. Komunalno gospodarstvo smatra se cjelokupnim sustavom obavljanja komunalnih djelatnosti, građenja i održavanje komunalne infrastrukture te održavanja komunalnog reda na području općina, gradova i Grada Zagreba (jedinice lokalne samouprave). Zakonski propisi koji uređuju komunalno gospodarstvo u Hrvatskoj obuhvaćaju niz zakona, uredbi i ostalih podzakonskih akata koji preciziraju detaljne primjene te... More imaju bitu ulogu u regulaciji i uređenju različitih segmenata. Cilj rada je detaljno istražiti zakonske propise koji uređuju komunalno gospodarstvo u Hrvatskoj. Detaljno su analizirano zakonskih propisima kojima se komunalno gospodarstvo uređuje kao što su Zakon o komunalnom gospodarstvu, Zakon o otpadu, Zakon o vodama, Zakon o lokalnoj o područnoj samoupravni, Uredba o gospodarenju komunalnim otpadom... Osim navedenog u radu su obrađena načela komunalnog gospodarstva, financiranje vodnog gospodarstva i naknade, istraženi su i propisi lokalne razine u vodoopskrbnoj djelatnosti. Na kraju rada uspoređene su odluke o komunalnim doprinosima za dva grada u Hrvatskoj kao i iznosi komunalnih doprinosa i naknada za Splitsko-dalmatinsku županiju, te su obrađeni komunalni poslovi i zakonski propisi koji uređuju komunalno gospodarstvo u Gradu Omišu. The topic of this work is the communal economy in Republic of Croatia. The communal economy is considered the entire system of performing communal activities, building and maintaining communal infrastructure and maintaining communal order in the area of municipalities, cities and the City of Zagreb (units of local self-government). At the end of the, the decisions on communal contributions for two cities in Croatia were compared, as well as the amounts of communal contributions and fees for the Split-Dalmatia County, and communal affairs and legal regulations governing the communal economy in the City of Omiš were discussed.
