Abstract
Microsoft Teams je platforma za poslovnu komunikaciju temeljena na oblaku (UC). Kao aplikacija za poslovnu komunikaciju, Teams omogućuje lokalnim i tele-radnicima suradnju na sadržaju u stvarnom i gotovo stvarnom vremenu na različitim uređajima, uključujući prijenosna računala i mobilne uređaje. Microsoft Teams integrira se s drugim Microsoftovim poslovnim aplikacijama, uključujući PowerPoint, Exchange i SharePoint. Microsoft Teams posebno je koristan za suradnju na daljinu jer održava timove radnika povezanima. Pandemija COVID-19 natjerala je organizacije diljem svijeta da opsežno koriste Microsoft Teams kao drugi softver za suradnju, te kao komunikacijsku platformu za rad na daljinu. Microsoft Teams obično je raspoređen u cijelim organizacijama, a ne samo unutar određenih odjela. U nekim slučajevima, timovi bi mogli zamijeniti e-poštu za internu komunikaciju tvrtke među zaposlenicima.
Abstract (english)
Microsoft Teams is a cloud-based business communication (UC) platform. As a business communication application, Teams allows local and teleworkers to collaborate on real-time and near-real-time content across a variety of devices, including laptops and mobile devices. Microsoft Teams integrates with other Microsoft business applications, including PowerPoint, Exchange, and SharePoint. Microsoft Teams is especially useful for remote collaboration because it keeps workers connected. The COVID-19 pandemic has forced organizations around the world to make extensive use of Microsoft Teams as another collaboration program, and as a remote communication platform. Microsoft Teams are typically distributed across organizations, not just within specific departments. In some cases, Teams could replace email for the company’s internal communication among employees.
