Abstract
Svrha ovog rada je prikazati strateške opcije koje se nude poduzeću te kako strategija i i strateški alati kao što su razvojni vektori Igora Ansoffa mogu pomoći u razvoju i rastu poduzeća i organizacija. Strategiju možemo objasniti kao niz poteza i pristupa koji se koriste kako bi se osigurala željena tržišna pozicija i postigli zacrtani ciljevi te isto tako kako bi poduzeće bilo što konkurentnije na tržištu i privuklo što veći broj potrošača. Jedan od alata koji poduzeća koriste kako... More bi analizirali i planirali potrebne strategije za rast je Ansoff matrica. Matrica prikazuje četiri strategije koje se mogu koristiti za razvoj poduzeća te također analizira rizik povezan sa svakom strategijom. Za svako poduzeće je bitno da postave odgovarajuću strategiju te da procjene rizike s kojima posluju kako bi mogli biti konkurentni na tržištu i poslovati s profitom. Rast i razvoj poduzeća je dugotrajan proces u kojem se može naići na mnogo prepreka koje mogu biti riskantne za poduzeće i dovesti do njegovog propadanja, ali isto tako poduzeće može pronaći način za rješavanje tih problema i ostvariti uspjeh. Ukoliko poduzeća koriste potrebne alate, strategije, analiziraju, istražuju te poduzimaju sve potrebne korake kako bi uspjeli, onda će im se taj trud i isplatiti. Less
Abstract (english)
The purpose of this paper is to show the strategic options that are offered to the company and to show how strategy and strategic tools such as Igor Ansoff’s development vectors can help in the development and growth of companies and organizations. Strategy can be explained as a series of moves and approaches which are used to ensure the desired market position and achieve the set goals, as well as to make the company as competitive as possible in the market and attract as many... More consumers as possible. One of the tools that companies use to analyze and plan the necessary growth strategies is the Ansoff matrix. The matrix shows four strategies that can be used to help a company grow and also analyzes the risk associated with each strategy. It is important for each company to set the appropriate strategy and to assess the risks they are dealing with in order to be competitive in the market and operate with profit. The growth and development of a company is a long-term process in which many obstacles can be encountered and it can be risky for the company and eventually lead to its failure, but also the company can find a way to solve these problems and achieve success. If companies use the necessary tools, strategies, analyze, research and take all the necessary steps to succeed, then that effort will pay off. Less
