Abstract
U ovom radu, govorit će se o outsourcingu i njegovom utjecaju na poslovnu performansu. Prvo će se objasniti što je poduzeće, kako su poduzeća organizirana te kako su njihovi zaposlenici organizirani. Potom će se govoriti o samom pojmu outsourcinga, njegovom povijesnom razvoju, konceptima outsourcinga te njegovim prednostima i manama. Na kraju će se govoriti o utjecaju outsourcinga na poslovnu performansu poduzeća, ključnim učnicima i o budućnosti outsourcinga.
Abstract (english)
This paper will be talking about outsourcing and its influence on businesses. Firstly, the paper will be talking about what is a business, how they are organised and how their employees are organised. Then, we will talking about outsourcing: the definition of outsourcing, how it developed historically, outsourcing concepts and its pros and cons. Finally, we will be talking about how outsourcing influences businesses, key factors of business influence and the future of outsourcing.
