Abstract
U suvremenim uvjetima poslovanja osnovni činitelj konkurentske sposobnosti i prednosti na tržištu postaju ljudi, njihov razvoj, mogućnosti, motivacija i radno zadovoljstvo. Ljudski resursi postali su najznačajniji faktor razvoja organizacije kojemu se posljednjih godina pridaje velika pozornost. Bez ljudi i njihovih potencijala nema ni organizacije ni uspješnog poslovanja jer iako su svi resursi organizacije važni, ljudski resursi su faktor koji ih povezuje u složnu cjelinu. Način na koji se upravlja ljudskim resursima postaje presudan faktor konkurentske sposobnosti suvremenih organizacija te uvjet za njen opstanak i razvoj. Kako bi se u tome uspjelo, osim dobrog poznavanja brojnih čimbenika iz okruženja i odgovarajućeg uređenja organizacijske strukture veoma je bitno dobro poznavanje ljudske prirode kako bi menadžeri mogli detektirati dobre vještine koje će potom nagraditi ili potencijalne probleme pojedinaca ili grupa koji bi mogli nepovoljno utjecati na rad organizacije.
Abstract (english)
In modern business conditions, the basic factor of competitiveness and advantages in the market are people, their development, opportunities, motivation, and job satisfaction. Human resources have become the most important factor in the development of the organization, to which much attention has been attached in recent years. Without people and their potential, there is no organization or successful business, because although all the resources of the organization are important, human resources are a factor that connects them into a coherent whole. The way in which human resources are managed is becoming a crucial factor in the competitiveness of modern organizations and a condition for its survival and development. To succeed in this, in addition to a good knowledge of many environmental factors and proper organization of the organizational structure, a good knowledge of human nature is very important so that managers can detect good skills that will then reward or potential problems of individuals or groups that could adversely affect work of the organizations.
