Abstract
Radno pravo je posebna grana prava koja izučava radne odnose, a svoje podrijetlo vuče iz građanskog prava. Subjekte radnog odnosa čine samo radnik i poslodavac dok subjekte radnog prava sačinjava velik broj osoba i institucija. Subjekti radnog prava se mogu podijeliti na individualne i kolektivne subjekte. Pravo na rad u Republici Hrvatskoj regulirano je člankom 55. Ustava Republike Hrvatske. Status studenta stječe se upisom na sveučilište, veleučilište ili visoku školu, a dokazuje se odgovarajućom studentskom ispravom, čiji sadržaj, te pristup i uređivanje sadržaja, izradu, izdavanje, korištenje i poništavanje, pravilnikom propisuje ministar, a oblik sveučilište, veleučilište ili visoka škola. Zakonom o obavljanju studentskih poslova uvedene su nove mjere koje štite studentska prava i studentski rad. Vlada Republike Hrvatske je donijela odredbu da će minimalna studentska satnica iznositi 26, 56 kuna, točnije Vlada je odlučila povisi bruto minimalac na 4.250 kn. Nove odredbe počele su se primjenjivati od 1. siječnja 2020. godine.
Abstract (english)
Labor law is a special branch of law that studies labor relations and derives it s origin from civil law. The subjects of employment are only the employee and the employer, while the subjects of labor law are a large number of person and institutions. Subject of labor law can be divided into individual and collective entities. The right to work in Republic of Croatia is regulated by Article 55 of the Constitution of teh Republic of Croatia. Student status is acquired by enrolling in a university, polytechnic or college, and is proven by an appropriate student document, whose content and access and editing of content, drafting, publishing, use and cancellation, prescribed by the Ministe, and the formo f university, polytechnic or college. The Law on Student Affairs introduced new measures that protect student rights and student work. The Government of the Republic of Croatia has passed a provision that the minimum student hourly wage will amount to HRK 26.56, more precisely, the Government has decided to raise the gross minimum to HRK 4,250. The new provisions came into forceon 1 January 2020.
