Abstract
Fiskalizacija u prometu gotovinom je skup mjera što ih od 1. siječnja 2013. godine provode obveznici fiskalizacije, a njezin je glavni cilj nadzor prometa u gotovini. Prema odredbama Zakona o fiskalizaciji u prometu gotovinom promet u gotovini je plaćanje za isporučena dobra ili obavljene usluge novčanicama i kovanicama što se smatraju platežnim sredstvom, kreditnim i debitnim karticama, čekom, ili drugim sličnim načinima plaćanja, osim izravnog plaćanja na račun. Uvid u svaki izdani račun, pomoću internetske veze ima Porezna uprava, radi suzbijanja utaja poreza.
Abstract (english)
Fiscalization in cash transactions is a set of measures implemented by Tax authorities since January 1, 2013, and its main goal is to oversee cash transactions. As of July 1, 2013, the fiscalization obligation is mandated for all fiscalization taxpayers. According to the provisions of the Law on Fiscalization in Cash Transactions, cash transactions are payments for delivered goods or services rendered with banknotes and coins considered as means of payment, credit and debit cards, checks, or other similar methods of payment, other than direct bank account payment.
