Abstract
Saponia d.d. kemijska, farmaceutska i prehrambena industrija d.d. Osijek ima otvorene distribucijske centre diljem Republike Hrvatske. Zahvaljujući kontinuiranim ulaganjima u istraživanje i razvoj, promatranog poduzeće je razvilo brojne brandove. Promatrano poduzeće je svjesno svoje uloge u društvu te važnosti njegovih interesnih sudionika u cjelokupnom poslovanju istog. Vodi se strategijom održivog razvoja gdje poseban naglasak stavlja na najvažnije sudionike svog poslovnog procesa kategorizirane na: dobavljače, kupce, konkurente te zaposlenike. Promatrano poduzeće, koristi dvije razvojne strategije. Riječ je o strategiji ekspanzije poduzeća te strategiji diversifikacije poduzeća.
Abstract (english)
Summary: Saponia d.d. chemical, pharmaceutical and food industry d.d. Osijek has open distribution centers throughout the Republic of Croatia. Thanks to continuous investments in research and development, the observed company has developed a number of brands. The observed company is aware of its role in society and the importance of its stakeholders in the overall business of the same. It is guided by a strategy of sustainable development where it places special emphasis on the most important participants in its business process categorized into: suppliers, customers, competitors and employees. The observed company uses two development strategies. It is a strategy of company expansion and a strategy of company diversification.
