Abstract
Da bi društvo djelovalo uĉinkovito, treba utvrditi brojne radnje i njima skladno tome upravljati. Jedan od faktora koji su kljuĉni za upravljanje su troškovi. Razumjevanje troškova kljuĉno je za menadţere društva te njegove investitore i ekonomiste, jer pravilno upravljanje troškovima je kljuĉno za uspjeh. Temelj svakog poslovanja su prihodi i rashodi(troškovi), što znaĉi da pravilno upravljanje troškovima ĉini 50% uspjeha. Troškovi su nuţno „zlo“ poslovanja svake tvrtke, jer bez troškova nema ni prihoda, a da bi se nešto prodalo ili proizvelo, treba nabaviti robu ili sirovine, koje su naravno troškovi, s krajnjim ciljem ostvarivanja dobiti. Da bi vodstvo tvrtke uspješno upravljalo istom, mora razumjeti sve vrste troškova te njima pravilno upravljati, jer su oni jedan od najboljih pokazatelja uspješnosti poslovanja tvrtke te ih se mora znati pratiti, analizirati te racionalizirati. Kroz diplomski rad prikazati ću vaţnost upravljanja troškovima na primjeru tvrtke „Ba-com trgovina d.o.o“.
Abstract (english)
In order for company to function effectively, a number of actions need to be identified and managed accordingly. One of the key managment factors is cost managment. Understanding costs is crucial for a company’s managers and its investors, because proper cost management is key to success. The foundation of any business are revenues and expenses (costs), which means that proper cost management makes up 50% of success. Costs are the necessarily "evil" of every company's business, because without costs there is no income, and in order to sell or produce something, you need to procure goods or raw materials, which are of course costs, with the ultimate goal of making a profit. In order for the company's management to successfully manage it, it must understand all types of costs and manage them properly, because they are one of the best indicators of the company's success and they must be able to monitor, analyze and rationalize the costs.
