Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je upoznavanje s osnovnim pojmovima monetarne politike, ulogu Hrvatske narodne banke kao institucije koja provodi monetarnu politiku. Cjelokupni financijski sustav koji je baziran samo na kreditima, tj. dugu. Stvaranje novca koji nema nikakvu vrijednost odnosno nikakvo pokriće u stvarnoj vrijednosti preko poslovnih banaka kroz multiplikaciju novca. I matematičke dokaze da država treba imati vlast nad stvaranjem novca.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this paper is to get acquainted with the basic concepts of monetary policy, the role of the Croatian National Bank as an institution that conducts monetary policy. The entire financial system based only on loans, ie debt. Creating money that has no value or no coverage in real value through commercial banks through money multiplication. And mathematical evidence that the state should have power over money creation.
